In this role, you will manage and direct the service and parts operation in your area to insure the satisfaction of your customers. Position: Parts Supply Coordinator Location: Clear Lake, WI

The Oxbo Parts Business is growing rapidly, providing excellence in products and services to a myriad of customers. The Distribution Center is seeking a creative, flexible individual to devise and direct timely, economic parts supply solutions to all customer channels, both domestic and international. This will require coordinating supplier activities to ensure providing the most economical delivery plans. Primary activities include:

  • Forecast management,
  • Product scheduling,
  • Product delivery,
  • Product package excellence, etc.).

In this position, you will play a key role in developing and facilitating corporate initiatives that assure superior customer satisfaction throughout distribution channels. This position will foster building a strong knowledge of all business elements in driving a successful, dynamic parts business, providing an excellent base for future Oxbo opportunities.

Position: Technical Writer Location: Clear Lake, WI

Oxbo International is seeking a talented, detail oriented individual to join our team.

As a Technical Writer, you will create publications and other technical documents and engineering specifications related to operations, service and parts manuals for Oxbo International Corporation. Working in accordance with department and company standards, you will prepare and maintain files of technical manuals for use by internal departments and customers. You will also prepare operator manuals for language translation and specification sheets and publications updates, and design decal artwork and drawings, and coordinate printing of materials produced.

A successful Technical Writer is:

  • Highly accurate, detail-oriented and has outstanding communication skills.
  • Top performers have knowledge of mechanical design and a willingness to learn in order to stay up to date in technical writing and graphic design methods as well as publications, software and hardware.
  • In this position, you must have an understanding of BOM structures and problem solving skills used both individually and as part of a team.
  • Leading candidates would have knowledge of design engineering terminology and procedures used in an equipment assembly facility.

Technical skills required include:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Microsoft Word and Excel.

Description: Growing Worldwide Agricultural Machinery Company seeks ambitious, responsible individuals for machine support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on our products.

You will ensure quality technical customer support through proficient diagnosis and sound problem solving in a timely manner. These duties will be performed at our location or directly at the customer's site.

Qualifications include:

  • Vocational training, or a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology.
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills and the ability to apply this knowledge to Oxbo products.
  • Maintenance knowledge, customer-service orientation, and an ability to work from blueprints, manuals and schematics
  • Clean driving record

You must be able to effectively and efficiently interact with customers and coworkers at a professional level. Successful candidates will have exceptional oral and written communication skills, be able to prioritize and multi task within our fast paced environment. You must be safety conscious and committed to following company safety policies. Oxbo Technicians perform emergency after-hours service on a rotating basis, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.


Position: Design Engineer Location: Clear Lake, WI  
Description: Design Engineers work closely with Oxbo International manufacturing and sales teams to create and support innovative new designs and customer applications. A successful Design Engineer is detail-oriented, proficient in Solidworks, able to learn new concepts/techniques rapidly; he or she is a strong team player with a strong mechanical and technical background. An Oxbo Engineer will go the extra mile with the team to exceed customer expectations. Able to operate independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment, Design Engineers can switch gears quickly to meet project requirements and assure that design features, dimensions, tolerances and allowances conform to functional and manufacturing requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience: If you are an excellent communicator who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment, Oxbo might be a good fit in your career path. Ideally you will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering. In addition, we require:

  • At least three years experience in the design or manufacture of agricultural equipment or off-road machinery.
